  • After breakfast in your Riad, you will begin your exploration of Morocco’s oldest city, strolling through its alleyways and tiny streets. Our tour begins with a visit to the Royal Palace entrance, the Jewish headquarters, and the earliest Mellah ever constructed in Morocco, which was established in the 16th century. We will make certain that you visit all cultural and historical landmarks, including the renowned Al Qaraouine University, the region’s oldest, the Tanneries, the Attarine museum, and the Mulay Idriss tomb. After lunch, you will tour a tile cooperative and then enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Fes’ Medina.

Day 3: Fes – Merzouga. Camel ride in Erg Chebbi dunes and night in a camp

  • After breakfast, we will depart from the Riad in Fes and travel south via the Middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane and Azrou. We will stop along the route to view the Barbarian Apes in their native environment. You’ll witness views of the Middle-Atlas plateau as you go over the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt and through the beautiful Ziz Gorges formed from volcanic rock, noting how the landscape transforms to show glimpses of the desert as you reach the city Errachidia. We’ll continue our trip via the Ziz Valley, Erfoud, Rissani, and Merzouga after lunch. We’ll leave our stuff in a hotel and ride camels to a Berber tent in the midst of the Erg Chebbi Sad Dunes after a drink of mint tea. It is also known as the tallest sand dunes in North Africa, measuring 20 km long and 5 km broad. It is a one-of-a-kind and varied atmosphere. The camel journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the hotel to the camp, where we continue the nomadic Berber lifestyle. There, we put up three Berber tents, as well as other eateries and a kitchen, with the dunes naturally supplying basic amenities. We offer beds, blankets, and pillows, and the tents are well-equipped. After supper, we congregate around the fire to enjoy the desert night, perhaps accompanied by traditional Berber drums.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Toudgha Gorges – Dades Valley.

  • The camel guy will wake you up early in the morning to see what might be the most beautiful sunrise of your life. After that, you’ll gently camel-trek back to your accommodation, taking in the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes, which change with the light as the day passes. After breakfast and a wash, you’ll depart for the Tinghir and Todra gorges, Morocco’s tallest and narrowest canyons. before heading to Dades Valley for supper and lodging.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Ait ben Haddou Kasbah – Marrakech

  • We’ll leave the hotel after breakfast and travel through the Dades Valley to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The road through Dades Valley is known as the path of a thousand Kasbahs, and it offers many chances to capture some of your finest photography images of the trip. Then there’s the Roses Valley and Skoura Village. Continue on to Ouarzazat, dubbed “Africa’s Hollywood.” Lunch will be served in the renowned Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, Morocco’s biggest Kasbah.
